Word description

Reopens a schema using a buffer that must remain valid until the connection closes. SQLite may write the buffer and, with FREEONCLOSE or RESIZEABLE, free or reallocate it. Those flags require SQLite-allocated memory. See sqlite-native-interfaces for ownership details.
